Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Because of your delays I’m being charged 2% a year to hold GBTC when it is known that once a number of ETFs are approved these fees will decrease, the reluctance is costing working Americans millions, while not protecting us one iota. I currently live in Tennessee and will be prioritizing BTC ETF and pro crypto legislation initiatives in voting. Please join the right side of history. Sincerely, Lynn Beer
