Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I believe it is time to bring the legitimacy of an ETF product to the investment community. People will already purchase these crypto currencies using other less regulated means, so why not just provide them with a safe investment product to use. If the US continues to disregard this new technology, we will fall behind in this burgeoning field and allow other countries to advance without us. Please consider how a Bitcoin ETF approval can benefit the country and protect American investors. Sincerely, Brad Hamor
