Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I think the USA shouldn't be lagging behind in a race to adopt BTC and related instruments. BTC ETF should be available to retail investors like myself. I hold GBTC because it was the best option to diversify my retirement fund into bitcoin, but spot ETF would be a superior option. Sincerely, Mikhail Rogozhin
