Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Why prevent a spot etf when the underlying futures in the futures etf are based of spot prices. Their are plenty of commodities that have both spot and futures indexes.
