Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. ***[Bitcoin is an amazing asset that can change the world is only you let it it's a great underlying asset with little to no chance of manipulation and that chance only gets lower with increase in usage i don't believe that GBTC-ETF would be succeptible to that either ]*** Sincerely, *** [Ryan Smith] ***
