Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. My name is Matthew Mitchell. I’m a 29 year old professional musician and entrepreneur based in Wisconsin. As a young investor, I would appreciate a fair opportunity to have exposure to Bitcoin without being forced into choosing a futures-based product as my only option. As a Economics graduate, my knowledge, skills, and appreciation for finance has been learned mostly through Bitcoin. This revolutionary asset has taught me invaluable lessons that far outweigh anything I leaned as an undergraduate student. As the rest of the world moves toward adopting and embracing Bitcoin, I pray the SEC considers the positive economic impact accepting and regulating this asset could have on the United States of America and the COMMON citizen.
