Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. This is an important vehicle too include Bitcoin in my IRA. Other countries have Bitcoin ETFs and the US is dragging their feet. I live in New Jersey. Kindly expedite this matter.
