Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Hear the people! I am in New Jersey and I am a big Bitcoin believer. Since you have approved Bitcoin future ETFs, I don’t see any reason why not a Bitcoin spot ETF ? It only makes investors like me to invest in Bitcoin much cheaper. Thank you. Sincerely, Yang
