Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am from the bay area, in California, and work in technology space I believe that GrayScale has done a very good job of managing as a custodian, and has further enabled the reach of this new technology and asset class to a wider range of US investors, Converting the model to ETF will enable further protection of investors and in turn consumers.
