Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am from Illinois and feel that the SEC has not been protecting and supporting the needs of it's people by not releasing a spot etf for Bitcoin. I feel releasing a futures etf and not a spot etf is just plan bad policy and not looking out for the average investor like myself. Sincerely, Michael
