Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I have read the statements made by the SEC in regards to why approving an ETF is not the right move. These comments make very little sense and make me cynical about what the true motives are.
