Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It makes no sense that I’ve been allowed to invest in the trust while other spot etf’s have been around for more than 1 year. I should have the right to own an investment that is equal to the underlying holdings like all other spot etf’s including bitcoin. Sincerely, Greg Marcus
