Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I believe that Grayscale is the best fit for a BTC Spot ETF by converting their Grayscale Bitcoin Trust. They've been knowledgeable and transparent for years and I trust that they will be the perfect fit for a BTC ETF. I also believe if they are approved of a BTC Spot ETF, it will bring stability to the BTC price.
