With other countries having already launched a SPOT Bitcoin ETF, and the current FUTURES Bitcoin ETF there are ZERO reasons why there shouldn't be a Bitcoin Spot ETF for the United States users. Denying this Spot ETF any longer only makes the SEC look like a bigger joke.
