As someone who is searching for safe and financially responsible ways to purchase Bitcoin and other crypto assets in my retirement and brokerage accounts, I urge the SEC to approve a spot-based bitcoin ETF, as a futures-based ETF does not meet my needs as a retail investor. Please allow organizations such as Grayscale to custody crypto and offer spot-based crypto ETFs. Kind regards, Thomas Schuessler Chicago, IL
