SEC, A spot ETF provides the best exposure to the asset. It's superior to the Futures ETF in many ways. By not allowing a Spot ETF the US is falling behind on a burgeoning industry and asset. The US has become an economic powerhouse and global leader in our reserve currency status, but also our ability to move fast to innovation; see Silicon Valley.
