To whom it may concern: I'm writing in support of converting Grayscale Bitcoin Investment Trust into a spot ETF. I currently hold a significant portion of my net worth in this asset. As an investor, the current Trust structure is incredibly inefficient and bad for all investors with it's egregious fee structure. Of course, Grayscale profits handsomely from the current arrangement at the expense of investors like myself. I urge you to reconsider your position on this ETF conversion. Thank you for your time.
