Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I reside in the state of Nevada and feel it is time to allow the spot Bitcoin ETF. I am concerned with our ability to compete with other countries that have approved it. I see the futures ETF being more problematic than spot, and therefore does not hold up against the protection of investors sentiment. Sincerely, Troy Meier
