Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It is well past time for this to be approved, you are not actually helping investors by rejecting this. The GBTC discount and management fee is hurting investors. Just look to our neighbors up north and other countries who have lead the way and allowed a spot ETF, please follow their lead on this. Sincerely, C. Daniel
