Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Having a futures only ETF is detrimental to private investors. Greyscale has an approved security trust, if that is safe enough for investors a lower cost more liquid ETF that doesn’t trade at a 30% discount is obviously better for investors. I reside in Iowa.
