Dear SEC, I am writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world's largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Given that multiple leading economic countries have already approved a spot ETF, I do not see how preventing individual investors (such as myself) is benefiting me. I understand that I need to do my own research, as with any investment, and I strongly believe in having this ETF as part of my portfolio. I further do not understand how a futures ETF is approved and not a spot ETF, as the futures markets are even more confusing for me.
