Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. The United States is falling behind the rest of the world. Many countries have Spot ETFs or ETPs and they are doing just fine with these produces. At this point they have been beta tested for years. An ETF in the US would be safe and allow many people/institutions to get exposure to this asset class. Please approve this conversion. Sincerely, Mason Lam
