Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I love in Portland, OR and I find the reasons for delaying this approval to not have merit. Much of the rest of the world is racing ahead of the US with providing such an investment instrument ; NOT providing this investment product provides zero protection to consumers and unnecessarily withholds from consumers a safe way to expose their portfolio to the bitcoin market.
