Dear SEC, I’m a Virginia resident writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. SEC approval of spot Bitcoin ETFs is long overdue. Bitcoin, and the broader cryptocurrency market, is a viable asset class and it’s here to stay.
