Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I strongly feel that Bitcoin will provide a social good to many many Americans (many new to our country) to allow them financial security and freedom. I feel the SEC and other agencies are taking very prudent steps in outlining and then enacting sound regulation relative to digital assets, most importantly Bitcoin. It's welcomed and needed. I am just one citizen (NY State), but I appreciate the fact that you are welcoming commentary and discourse. Best regards, Michael Broderick
