Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As other products are put forward, you are no longer “protecting” us, in fact, it feels like the opposite at this point. Please allow the spot ETF. Sincerely, Ryan Evans
