Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a holder of the security and I would love to see the product be more liquid and allow a retail investor like myself to invest in the product with much lower fees.
