Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It appears there is no risk to investors to do this as other countries already have done this act. Please act with urgency to approve Grayscale Bitcoin trust as a spot ETF. Sincerely, John Becker.
