Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am from Nashville and by SEC definition an accredited investor. I am also a CFO and CCO of a Private Equity firm who invests in Healthcare. I am fully supportive of a GBTC move to a Spot ETF. It is long overdue given the adoption / profession of Bitcoin both in the US and worldwide. This investment opportunity is tied directly to the underlying asset and no more subject to manipulation / risk than other publicly traded assets.
