Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. With inflation rampant and debt at all time high, investors need a vehicle to protect their wealth. This isn’t for me, but for my children and grandchildren. Whatever I leave behind shouldn’t be eroded due to poor monetary policies. Give us the freedom to choose how we invest and what to invest in. Bitcoin is the future. Sincerely, JP Huizar
