Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As a resident of California, I understand you want to protect us as investors, but I do not understand how not converting my shares of GBTC to a spot ETF does that. I believe your approach in this regard is the exact opposite of your intent. As a capable citizen I ask that you allow the Spot Bitcoin ETF. Sincerely, Wesley Bray
