Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It’s time for investors to have the option, if desired, to invest funds in bitcoin via an ETF that otherwise they cannot. Please give investors the option to put funds into a spot bitcoin ETF.
