Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a fiduciary financial advisor and have many clients who want exposure to Bitcoin through their brokerage accounts. The current options in America are far behind other countries in their offerings. There is no excuse to continue this resistance to give investors good access to this asset class forcing them to use options with very high fees and needlessly low liquidity. Please end this nonsense and approve Grayscale’s application. They know what they are doing and can deliver what clients in America want. Sincerely, Jonathan Baird
