Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. SEC, why don’t you support the consumer for a change instead of putting up additional barriers to various investment vehicles. I think it its poor form and not in the consumers best interest to approve a futures based paper ETF and not approving an actual spot ETF, especially one that is already trading and the largest bitcoin fund.
