Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I have been an investor in GBTC for quite some time as well as gotten my parents invested in Bitcoin through GBTC. They are the most credible and important ETF on the market. Converting to a spot would properly value its assets which I believe to be fundamental to these class of important assets.
