Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am an accredited investor that believes in Bitcoin the network and bitcoin the asset. I’ve studied Bitcoin for thousands of hours including Chairman Gensler’s MIT course. I acquired GBTC in my SEP-IRA 2020-2022 due to the unavailability of a Bitcoin ETF. I believe investors should have better access to Bitcoin investor products and converting GBTC into a Bitcoin ETF will help close the NAV and allow further investment into an asset that I believe will make the world a better place.
