Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As a resident of Missouri, I am in full support of the SEC approving a Bitcoin etf, especially the GBTC conversion. This will allow more investors access to the investment in Bitcoin through a regulated security as opposed to the numerous apps that make investment difficult. Sincerely, Brian Gardner
