Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. The United States has been the world leader in technology and innovation. It built the internet and has changed humanity and blessed free information and access to the world. Bitcoin represents the next evolution of the financial internet. America should lead the he change in the adoption and advancement of Bitcoin and a sanctioned ETF is a great first start.
