Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I have read your recent proclamations used to justify declining the approval of recent Bitcoin ETFs. They make no logical sense and only seem to be used to consolidate your power. Please reconsider.
