Dear SEC

Via my retirement account, I have purchased GBTC as it was a low risk way to get exposure to Bitcoin. Unfortunately, GBTC is trading at around a 25% discount to NAV and this having a negative effect on my holdings and potentially my future. I request that the SEC approve GBTC to a spot ETF, so that it will help the thousands of retail investors like myself who have invested in GBTC. The US is usually in the lead when it comes to creating a proper atmosphere for new ideas to flourish although in this area, we are lagging behind many countries. These countries have already approved Bitcoin ETFs and I believe we need to do the same. This approval will not only bring GBTC in line with an appropriate evaluation for investors (where the SEC will be seen as truly protecting investors), but will also hopefully set the US in a stronger direction regarding our financial future.

Thank you for considering this request.

Sincerely

Gregory Flick
