Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As a an older worker with not a lot of hope for retirement I am looking for hope to have a reasonable retirement which I believe can come from investments.
