Dear SEC - After studying Bitcoin for more than 4 years, I believe it is an asset class that is proven and here to stay. Canada has reached this conclusion, and Fidelity has recently opened a spot Bitcoin ETF in Europe. A spot Bitcoin ETF would be a trusted way to allow Americans to invest in a physically settled bitcoin ETF and have more mass appeal than self-custody. Please approve the Grayscale's Bitcoin ETF application. Sincerely, Matt Briddell
