Dear SEC I am a law abiding citizen and former federal employee. I love the law and respect due process. I presume you mean it when you say you want to protect investors - but in this case I feel cheated. Bitcoin is here to stay and the whole world knows it. It is a technological marvel and a world-improving innovation. I am not a supporter of many other crypto projects and would be fine to see them all go to zero. BUT BITCOIN IS DIFFERENT. If you want to force the exchanges to “come in” fine - but let Bitcoin run. Let the people get safe exposure. Then go after all the other garbage coins. Americans need Bitcoin now more than ever. And via safer and less expensive products than GBTC and the futures ETF. It makes no sense to “protect” us with higher fees and wild premiums. Please do the right thing. Respectfully, Mat Borger
