Hello, I would like to add my opinion on why GBTC should be transformed from a trust to an ETF. If the purpose of the SEC is to create investor protections this should be a no brainer. The current format of the trust is not helping investors and limits the protections they may require. Simple example is the price imbalance from spot to the price of GBTC or even the already approved Futures based ETFs. Creating a spot ETF that can actually track the asset price with the lowest possible fees or lack of discount or premium will assist investors. Thank you for your time
