Dear SEC, Writing to express support for crypto based ETFs, such as permitting a conversion of GBTC from trust to ETF. I am a retired attorney and finance professional. I have been studying blockchain and cryptocurrency for years (including following Professor Gensler’s MIT course). I believe that the markets and investing public are ready for this ETF. Plus, appropriate regulations are in place for listed ETFs. Suggest you trust the investors to do their homework. And moreover, hope you will move forward quickly with a regulatory framework for crypto which will permit the US to lead in this sector. Thank you SWS
