Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As a holder of Bitcoin, GBTC and ETHE, I fully support that both of these be converted to spot ETF’s. I reside in California and feel this is fair. This will also assist those who do not want to control their keys to invest directly in both Bitcoin and Ethereum. I understand the volatility and risks associated with cryptocurrencies.
