Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. The fact that a futures ETF was approved should certainly clear a path for a spot ETF. At least you know what you are getting with a spot ETF. Thank you for your consideration. Ray Hamway
