Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I believe the SEC’s delay has put the U.S. behind the rest of the world on emerging technologies by your delays. How is it that Europe & Canada have a Spot Bitcoin ETF before the U.S. does?
