Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As a resident of Illinois and as a millennial, I feel that my financial goals are increasingly becoming harder and harder to achieve. Bitcoin has been one of the very few bright spots for me and my generation. This is a profound technology and I would be devastated to see the US take the backseat in innovation here. It’s time to be proactive. Let’s show the world that innovation is encouraged and thrives HERE. Embrace technology or be left behind…this will only become more true with every single passing year.
