Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Just do your job and finally accept a spot etf. It’s not your job to denie all spot ETFs, if the people want a Bitcoin spot etf than give it to them. Sincerely, Martin
